It’s finally that time of year when the leaves are changing color, the days are feeling shorter, and pumpkin spice lattes have returned.
Many restaurants and cafés around Long Island have recently introduced their fall drink menus, with the famous pumpkin spice latte at the top of their lists. With so many different places to get a pumpkin spice latte, we tried a variety to see which taste the best.
Brownstones

The pumpkin spice latte from Brownstones had a very strong coffee flavor that left a bitter aftertaste with minimal pumpkin flavor. The whipped cream was light and it had cinnamon sprinkled on top. This drink is good for all of the coffee lovers, but we personally wouldn’t recommend it.

Paris Baguette Bakery Café
The pumpkin spice latte from Paris Baguette was milk heavy with some pumpkin puree at the bottom. There was no whipped cream on top and it had a mild pumpkin flavor. It was more akin to an iced coffee than a pumpkin spice latte. This drink was average and we wouldn’t recommend it.

Dunkin’ Donuts

The pumpkin spice latte from Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t have a strong coffee flavor to it. The overpowering flavors were pumpkin spice and milk. It had a hefty swirl of whipped cream on top. The drink had a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, giving it a complete feel. This drink is suitable for people that prefer a stronger pumpkin flavor over just coffee. We would recommend it for someone who isn’t a huge coffee lover. We really liked this PSL!
